UP Teacher Who Asked Students To Slap Classmate Not Arrested Despite FIR

A case has been registered against a teacher for allegedly getting students in a class to slap their classmate in a classroom in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar district. After the video went viral, the police have now taken action on a complaint by the child's father. Opposition parties in the state have targeted the government over the matter, with Rahul Gandhi saying that this is the BJP's attempt to spread hatred. Saurabh Shukla reports.
