UPA allies fall in line on OBC quota
The allies of the UPA seem to have fallen into line when it comes to the exclusion of the creamy layer from OBC quota. Parties like the DMK and the PMK have now decided to accept the Supreme Court verdict. UPA's southern allies like the DMK, the PMK and Lalu's RJD have been against the creamy layer being left out of the 27 per cent OBC quota, but some of them have relented.
