UPA seeks Sonia's return as NAC chief
Congress President Sonia Gandhi seems all set to return as the chairperson of the National Advisory Council (NAC) after the Rae Bareli elections. The UPA government, especially Union Law Minister HR Bhardwaj, is looking at amending the NAC laws to do away with the perks and salaries associated with the post.
