Uphaar Tragedy: 18 years on, no justice
It's been 18 years since the Uphaar tragedy in which 59 people died when a cinema hall in Delhi caught fire. In spite of a conviction against the owners of the theatre for the deaths by negligence that was sustained by the Supreme Court, a sentence has still not been handed out.
