According to Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Chairperson and Managing Director, Biocon Limited, the depletion of the environment is mostly an urban problem and it is urban India that needs to change. She said that 'work from home' arrangement is going to be adopted in a much bigger way because that can reduce vehicular pollution. She says that policies should be made to keep the environmental gains from slipping away once people get back to old habits after the lockdown is lifted.
