In an exclusive interview to NDTV, BJP leader Arun Jaitley is deeply critical of the US decision to deny a visa to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi. "Denial of visa is a concern for the party," Mr Jaitley said to NDTV's Group Editor, Barkha Dutt. "Whenever I have met friends from the US I have raised it, the party has raised it. It's a decision we have not been able to understand. There has been a whole legal process, no probe has found any evidence against Modi. Mind you no other leader in this country has gone through such a legal process. I am sure Americans also love rule of law. I don't think propaganda can be a substitute for that." Mr Jaitley also takes on Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde for his "saffron terror" remarks. Watch the interview here.
