US financial crunch may impact N-deal
Time is passing by fast, but it seems that options for the passage of the Indo-US nuclear deal in the US Congress are increasing. The urgent need to pass an economic bailout plan in response to last weeks crisis in the Wall Street has led to the possibility that the Congress may not adjourn on September 26 as planned, but may be extended by a week till October 3.
