US Winter Brings Power Cuts, Flight Cancellations On Christmas Weekend
Parts of western New York have been buried by up to 43 inches of snow, leaving vehicles stuck and thousands of homes and businesses without electricity during the Christmas weekend. New York's governor said the situation is still life-threatening.
