Uttar Pradesh Has Highest Conviction Rate In Crimes Against Women

For the fourth consecutive year, Uttar Pradesh has achieved the highest conviction rate (71%) in cases of violence against women, according to the latest NCRB data for 2022. The state also has the highest number of speedy trials in cases pertaining to sexual offences against children.
