Uttarakhand: A wobbly bridge is the only link to the world
For villagers in Guptkashi in Uttarakhand, it's a battle for survival as the bridge on the Alaknanda river which connected their village to the main road was washed away by the raging waters during the devastating flash floods. Now, a makeshift bride has been constructed by locals which serves as their only hope - it's the only way they can reach the main road after a steep trek.
