Harish Rawat of the Congress will take a floor test in the Uttarakhand assembly on Tuesday, May 10, the Supreme Court has ruled. The court also said that "rightly or wrongly," for now the nine rebel lawmakers of the Congress disqualified by the Speaker just before President's Rule was imposed in the state, cannot vote in Tuesday's floor test.
