Man Rescued From Tunnel After Uttarakhand Glacier Breaks
A man was rescued from a tunnel where construction work was going on after it collapsed when a glacier broke off in Uttarakhand, trapping them and many others at a power plant. Some 160 people are employed at the NTPC and Rishiganga power plants, and many of them are still missing. Thousands were evacuated from their houses and the floodwaters damaged both homes and the nearby Rishiganga and NTPC power plants.
