Outraged Locals Seek Justice For Murdered Uttarakhand Teen, Block Highway
A huge crowd blocked the Badrinath-Rishikesh national highway in Uttarakhand on Sunday, demanding justice for the 19-year-old woman who was allegedly murdered by the son of a former BJP leader. The victim worked at a resort owned by the accused. "Death for death," said one among the many angry locals, demanding capital punishment for the accused.
