As the Uttarakhand government sets about rebuilding lives in the flood-ravaged state, relief work is proving to be a herculean task. While huge amounts of funds and relief materials are pouring in from across the world, there is gross mismanagement on the ground in distribution efforts in areas that require urgent help. Inclement weather has only made matters worse.
