Uttarakhand Tunnel Collapse: Concerns Over Unchecked Construction

Forty one workers have been trapped now for over a week after the tunnel they were working in Uttarakashi caved in Sunday. As different plans for rescue have been started and abandoned, now a third drilling machine has been brought from Indore today and drilling will be done from four directions. Authorities have said it could take another 5-6 days.
