Uttarakhand Tunnel Op Delayed By Obstacles, Rescue Work May Take 15 More Hours

Rescuers are inching closer to the workers trapped for 12 days in a collapsed tunnel in Uttarakhand's Silkyara even as technical obstacles are delaying the rescue work. Agencies have not been able to give a timeframe, but former adviser to PMO Bhaskaraman Khulbe said it will take at least 15 hours more.
