Getting a vaccine shot is still a dream for people living in Uttarakhand's villages. The state is witnessing a steep decline in vaccinations. People living in the remote areas are struggling to get vaccine slots. Travelling to these facilities from these areas is another problem. Akshay Dongare reports.
