Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje skipped a crucial BJP meet in Rajasthan's Rajsamand this week. The meet - chintan baithak - was meant to look at two bypolls in Vallabhnagar and Dhariawad and a strategy for 2023 elections.
