The Delhi High Court is likely to pronounce its verdict on Friday on appeals filed by Sushil and Gopal Ansal, owners of the Uphaar cinema. The appeal has challenged an earlier verdict that found them guilty of criminal negligence for a fire tragedy in the theatre on the afternoon of June 13, 1997.
