Twelve people have been arrested in Jammu and Kashmir's Sopore after a video showing a mob beating up a mentally challenged man went viral in the state this week. The man was attacked on Friday after being accused of cutting off women's braids while they slept amid widespread anger in the state over hundreds of such instances over the last few weeks.
