Video: Name In Ration Card Shows "Kutta", Bengal Man Barks Like Dog In Protest
In a viral video from Bankura in West Bengal, a man is seen 'barking' or imitating the sounds of a dog after his name on his ration card was misprinted by the authorities. Srikant Kumar Dutta's name was misprinted as Srikanti Kumar Kutta (dog in Hindi) instead of Dutta. When he tried to get it fixed, nothing happened. So to draw the attention of authorities, he approached the officials and 'barked' at them.
