Bombay HC to resume hearing in Vodafone, IT case
The high profile tax case involving telecom giant Vodafone and the tax department will resume in the Bombay High Court on Wednesday. Vodafone is still sticking to its original stance that the Indian tax department has got no jurisdiction over this overseas transaction and there is no liability to be paid by them.
