Raymond’s deal with workers paves way for unlocking land value
Textiles firm Raymond Ltd has said it will pay Rs 260 crore to 1,885 workers of its Thane textile factory, which suspended operations last year. Last year Raymnd CMD Singhania had said he would develop only 20 acres of the surplus land in Thane but the deal may free up the total land bank of 126 acres.
