Bal Thackeray’s funeral today: Roads to avoid
Security has been beefed up across Maharashtra, particularly in Mumbai, where 48,000 policemen have been deployed to keep vigil ahead of Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray's funeral today. The funeral procession would leave Mr Thackeray's Bandra home, 'Matoshree', around 8 am and will be taken to Shivaji Park where supporters will pay their last respects.
