With Videocon winning spectrum in six circles and Reliance staying out of the auctions, a lot of people are assuming that RIL’s entry is now a distant possibility. Videocon’s Venugopal Dhoot, though, says one should never say no as far as M&As are concerned, though he refused to put any names to potential suitors for his telecom business.
