Advani Hotels files plea against Delta’s open offer
The stakes are high for the only floating casino in Goa owned by the management of Ramada Hotel, the Advani brothers.This is the reason why Jaydev Mody of Delta Hospitality is pushing to acquire equity in Advani Hotels, a listed player, and it is turning out to be a heated battle. Advani Hotels has filed an appeal before SAT against Delta Hospitality's open offer, which was triggered in March last year after Delta's holding crossed 15 per cent. The case is up for hearing on the 10th of June.
