External affairs Minister S. Jaishankar asked on China's move to exploit transatlantic said, "It is competitive world. It is multi polar world, every gap, every opportunity, will be used by every player. No player is going to constrain themselves. Out of respect you know they find feelings of somebody else. I think as general principle, doesn't have to be china. Tomorrow if two countries have gap whether it is Europe or US would exploit it equally, cheerfully."
