Vietnam deal in line with expansion plans: Fortis

CEO and MD of Fortis Healthcare Malvinder Mohan Singh says that the deal to buy Vietnamese firm is in line with the company's expansion plans. The company has entered into an agreement to acquire a 65 per cent stake in Vietnam-based Hoan My Medical Corporation for around Rs 289 crore.
