Vikramaditya Singh Says "Something Fishy" About Changing PK Dhumal's Constituency
Congress' Vikramaditya Singh, who won from Shimla Rural constituency said, "At the last moment, PK Dhumal's constituency was changed from his safe seat of Hamirpur to Sujanpur and it was done from the central parliamentary board of the BJP, so I am sure that something was fishy and there was some kind of conspiracy to have him out of the electoral politics."
