Villagers In Assam Shun Family of Prime Accused In Dhing Gang Rape Case
In a show of collective outrage, villagers in Dhing, Assam, have decided to boycott the family of the prime accused in the recent gang rape case, refusing to perform his last rites. The move comes after the body of the prime accused was recovered by police on August 24, following the alleged gang rape of a 14-year-old girl on August 22. The villagers are also demanding the arrest of the remaining culprits involved in the heinous crime.
