VIPs given top security; what about the common man?
The Supreme Court while hearing a PIL on the large amount of personnel dedicated to protecting a small number of people observed that crimes like the rape of a 5-year-old child that shook the capital recently may not have happened if more policemen were out patrolling. We discuss if such an inference be drawn.
