Visually Challenged Man Clears Civil Services Exam
A Chennai-based visually challenged commerce graduate, Balanagendran, has cracked the Indian Administrative Service exam in his 9th attempt. This son of a soldier says with technology, physical challenges are no longer an excuse. His success demolishes the perception that civil services are for the affluent and super brilliant who can afford coaching, he said. NDTV talked to him.
