VK Singh: The controversial General
As a young Second Lieutenant in that summer of 1971 Vijay Kumar Singh had been assigned the task of training the now famous Mukti Bahini. Four decades on, that young Second Lieutenant had become the Chief of the Army Staff of the world's third largest Army.
