Vodafone verdict is a very positive signal: Analyst

Hemant Sahai, Managing Partner at HSA Advocates spoke on the Vodafone verdict, saying that the other notices by the I-T department will need to be evaluated in the light of the framework that has been set out by the Supreme Court in the Vodafone judgment. He further added that this is a very positive signal as most of the other transactions will likely be squashed as they would fall within the framework of the factors laid out by the SC.
