Voting for Mulayam?
It's an election campaign that is not going to make the Election Commission happy. Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh, it seems, believes in sealing the promises he makes with money. When Mulayam was speaking to people a rally at Khajuraho, in Madhya Pradesh during an election campaign, right in front of him a party worker was caught on camera distributing cash.
