Voting In Manipur - A Challenge For The Poll Panel
Manipur, where although the spell of violence has ebbed, but the challenge for Election Commission is to hold the polling for two Lok Sabha seats. While special measures have been taken with the polling to one seat divided in two phases, thousands of people are still away from their homes, languishing in relief centres.
