The people of Bihar have finished voting in a highly unusual , three-phased polling process that took place in the middle of the raging COVID-19 pandemic. In a state marked by caste permutations and combinations, the issue of employment or the lack of it, seemed to generate the most voter interest. Results are out three days from now , and politicians like incumbent Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his challenger Tejashwi Yadav may not have too much time to relax.
