With coronavirus cases increasing, the Bihar government has faced a barrage of criticism in its handling of the situation. The state government says it has taken a series of measures to combat the situation. Officers have been posted in the special control room at the COVID-19 hospital at NMCH and over 130 beds are now being given piped oxygen supply. At PMCH, 100 beds have been earmarked for patients. A cremation centre will be available round the clock instead of only after the sunset, which was in practice till yesterday.
