'Want abolition of contract worker system, action against labour violation'
G Sanjeeva Reddy, President of INTUC, Member of Parliament and CWC Member spoke about the demands made by the 11 trade unions that called for an all-India strike. The strike is backed by 7 bank unions and 5000 small trade unions and demands for strict action against labour law violation, abolition of contract worker system and social security for unorganized workers among others.
