Even as Pakistan's army continues to violate the ceasefire, the country's Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar insisted that Islamabad is committed to peace and normalisation of relations with India. Speaking in New York, Ms Khar alleged that there was "war mongering coming from across the border". The minister also added that India and Pakistan "cannot afford a setback" to the progress made in bilateral ties over the past year.
