"Was In Jail For 17 Months During Emergency": Venkaiah Naidu To NDTV

Former Rajya Sabha Chair Venkaiah Naidu, in an exclusive interview to NDTV, recalled the dark days of Emergency. He said that he was in jail for over 17 months and after his release he contested his first Lok Sabha polls. On Opposition's 'Save The Constitution' claim, Mr Naidu said that Congress has no conviction as it made multiple changes to the Constitution during Emergency.
