Modi rally permission was given then withdrawn: Arun Jaitley to NDTV
Senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley, leading the protests in Varanasi against the Election Commission, told NDTV the permission for Narendra Modi's rally in Beniya Bagh was first given and then withdrawn. Accusing the District Magistrate of blatant bias, he said, the reasons of security being given is a bogey, for how do public meetings happen in Maoist areas or Jammu & Kashmir.
