Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today raked up the issue of Kashmir at the United Nations General Assembly, saying the core issue of Jammu and Kashmir has to be resolved and that it is the responsibility of the international community. "For decades, attempts had been made to resolve the Kashmir dispute," he said.
