Working women earn 28% less than the men in India. At the time of their retirement, women would have accumulated just 64% of the wealth saved by men. Working women also put in 5.5 hours of unpaid labour as compared to just 1.5 hours by some men. Senior journalist Mugdha Kalra talks about the issue of gender inclusivity at workplaces.
