Actress Kareena Kapoor, who recently launched her book on pregnancy, opened up about her project with NDTV. Kareena began writing her book 'Kareena Kapoor Khan's Pregnancy Bible' during her second pregnancy. In a conversation with NDTV, Kareena revealed that when publisher Chiki Sarkar asked her to document her pregnancies in a book, her only condition was that she was going to be extremely honest. In her book, Kareena has written candidly about her challenges like breast feeding and filming 'Laal Singh Chaddha' with Aamir Khan in her second trimester. The book is packed with her personal experiences along with tips and anecdotes. It also comes with notes from an expert team of doctors who helped Kareena during her pregnancy.
