Heavy rains wreaked havoc in several north Indian states, and Himachal Pradesh has been the worst hit and over 20 people have died in just 48 hours. Many buildings and bridges near rivers have collapsed and highways have been blocked. Several districts including Chamba, Kullu, Kinnaur, and Lahaul Spiti have been badly hit.
