Watch: PM Modi Different from Campaigner Modi - Manohar Parrikar to NDTV
On The Buck Stops Here, Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar says he is happy in the state and won't move to the Centre. He tells NDTV that Narendra Modi as Prime Minister will be different from Mr Modi as a campaigner. On minorities, he says he won't advise Mr Modi but would say from experience that one should "reach out to minorities with honesty and address their real problems which are poverty, lack of education and lack of opportunities."
