Our focus is on a few good men and women, the esteemed occupants of Raj Bhawans. It's now become virtually a round of musical chairs every time a government changes. And it’s a clear indicator of how constitutional post is now treated as just another political position. How can we restore the dignity of the Raj Bhawan?
