Devotees celebrate 'Phoolon ki Holi' in Mathura. Then there is 'Masaan ki Holi' where pyre ash is smeared. Holi has a special place in the Braj region that includes Mathura and Vrindavan, both associated closely with the legend of Lord Krishna.
