Water crisis hits Delhi
It's a dry day for parts of North and Central Delhi after two water plants are shut down because of alarming pollution levels. Areas like Malkaganj, Kingsway Camp, Kamla Nagar and Rajinder Nagar were among those hardest hit by the water shortage. 40 percent of Delhi's water supply has been cut off since Tuesday.
